G6 Alliance announces Asia/Europe

<Tokyo>, 22 June 2015: In response to market demand, members of the G6 Alliance today announced Asia - Europe service enhancements to improve product transit times and coverage.
Service Enhancements
Loop 7 - Additional call to Gdansk
The Loop 7 service will be extended to serve the Baltic market by adding direct port call to Gdansk.
New port rotation:
Qingdao - Shanghai (Yangshan) - Hong Kong - Yantian - Singapore - Rotterdam - Hamburg - Gdansk - Southampton - Singapore - Yantian - Qingdao
Effective voyage:
Hong Kong Express HGX 011W27, ETA Qingdao 29 June 2015,
ETA Gdansk 10 August 2015
Loop 4 - Serving Port Said westbound
The Loop 4 service will be adjusted to serve the Port Said westbound call.
New port rotation:
Ningbo - Shanghai (Yangshan) - Yantian - Singapore - Port Said - Le Havre - Southampton - Hamburg - Rotterdam - Port Said - Jeddah - Singapore - Hong Kong - Ningbo

The G6 Alliance offers a variety of services between Asia and Europe, Asia and North America as well as on the Transatlantic covering all major port pairs with weekly sailings.
The G6 Alliance members are: APL, Hapag-Lloyd, Hyundai Merchant Marine, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Nippon Yusen Kaisha and Orient Overseas Container Line.
