Tree Planting Means Team Building for Qingdao Branch Office
The Qingdao Branch Office held a team building activity on March 18. The weather was sunny with gentle breezes and everyone worked closely together as a team, assigning tasks and enjoying the work and each other’s company. Many of the participants took pictures and some performed acrobatics with shovels.
Then the group hiked up a mountain, a difficult task in itself made even more challenging because no one really knew the way. Everyone had to depend on one brave leader, while doing their best to protect each other. Lesson learned: Just like life, though various difficulties may affect our pace, we can find the right way with courage, hope, and assistance from others.
