MOL Announces Nomination of
Yoko Ishikura
Professor at Hitotsubashi University Graduate
School
as Outside Director
TOKYO - Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL, President;
Akimitsu Ashida) announced the nomination
of Professor Yoko Ishikura of the Graduate
School of International Corporate Strategy
(ICS), Hitotsubashi University, , as an outside
director. The nomination will be officially
discussed at the annual general meeting (AGM)
of shareholders currently scheduled for June
22, 2006. After the formal acceptance at
AGM on June 22, 2006, MOL will have three
(3) outside directors: Yukiharu Kodama, Kunio
Kojima, and Yoko Ishikura.
