MOL Introduces "MOL CHART"
- Setting a Course for the MOL Group's Future Growth -

TOKYO-Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President: Koichi Muto) today announced that, effective April 1, the company is introducing "MOL CHART," expressing the core values embraced by all MOL Group employees.

"CHART" stands for five words that express the company's shared values – "Challenge," "Honesty," "Accountability," "Reliability," and" Teamwork." It also calls to mind a sea chart, which sets the course of our future. The introduction of MOL CHART is aimed at achieving the company's long-term vision and enhance its corporate value, by strengthening and concentrating its comprehensive group-wide efforts while encouraging MOL Group employees to keep the MOL CHART values foremost in mind as they execute business operations.

MOL will use MOL CHART to ensure compliance, build a thorough awareness of safe operation, and nurture independent-spirited personnel who are committed to acting with a sense of ownership, while instilling employees at Group companies and seafarers aboard vessels with the values outlined in MOL CHART.
