As part of PT McMOL Crewing International’s commitment to enhancing the competencies of Indonesian seafarers within the global maritime industry, the company has taken another strategic step by forming a partnership with a leading maritime education institution.

On March 10, 2025, at Gedung Granadi, PTMcMOL Crewing International officially signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Jakarta Merchant Marine Higher Education Institute (Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Pelayaran – STIP) Jakarta. The agreement was signed by Mr. Johan Novitrian, President Director of PT McMOL Crewing International, and Dr. Capt. TriCahyadi, M.H., M.Mar., Chairman of STIP Jakarta.

This collaboration marks a concrete steptoward strengthening the quality and competitiveness of Indonesia’s maritime human resources through competency development initiatives and training programs. PT McMOL Crewing International believes that this partnership with STIP Jakarta will serve as a solid foundation for developing highly skilled and professional crew members capable of competing in the global maritime industry.
