Corporate introduction

PT McMOL Crewing International commenced operations on April 1, 2024, as a joint venture between Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. and PT MCS Internasional, focusing on seafarer crewing management services in Indonesia.

Message from the President

As the global energy landscape undergoes a profound transformation, the demand for cleaner, more sustainable shipping solutions has never been greater. At the heart of this shift lies Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), a sophisticated sector that demands nothing less than absolute precision, specialized expertise, and an unwavering commitment to safety.

At McMOL, we understand that in complex world of LNG transport, the most valuable asset on any vessel is not only the technology it carries, but the people who operate it.

The LNG industry is governed by rigorous standards and a “zero accident” culture. We have built our company on the pillar of Uncompromising Standards. Using our experience with LNG crews, we are preparing our seafarers for modern LNG vessels by focusing on their technical skills, appropriate attitude and mental strength.

We promise transparency and operational excellence. As your onshore partner, we provide dependable crews who will care for your vessels as if they were their own.
