The MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability in Japan will hold its 3rd Year Project Outcome Reporting Session 2025 on Wednesday, June 18, with organizations which received grant for the third year.This is the third reporting session since the establishment of the fund in November 2021. The objective is to introduce the audience to a wide range of activities and results of the funded projects to promote environmental restoration and conservation in Mauritius and contribute to local communities.

- MOL Charitable Trust Selects 4th Year Projects for Funding

The MOL Charitable Trust (Note 1) announced on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, the selection of 15 projects for funding in the fourth call for applications (Note 2) in a ceremony held in Mahebourg.The Trust received about 90 applications for the fourth round of funding. The Trust's Steering Committee followed a rigorous screening process, and made its final selections at a meeting on Monday, December 2, at MOL Head Office. Projects were judged based on their relevance to the three priority areas of the MOL Group's social contribution activity policy: the marine environment, next-generation human resources development, and solutions to local issues, and 15 projects were ultimately selected in the fields of environmental protection, agriculture, contribution to the community, and educational support.

- Giving out Christmas Gifts to Children

On Friday, December 20, 2024, MOL (Mauritius) Ltd teamed up with Celero Ltd. (Note 1) to give out Christmas gifts to children. In this annual event, the companies gave toys and other gifts to children living in three communities in the southeast of Mauritius: Bambu Vireux, Bois des Amaulettes, and Ville Noire, Mahebourg.
