MOL Starts Consolidation Services to
U.S. Major Sporting Goods and Equipment companies,
Wilson and Precor Fitness

TOKYO -Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL, President: Akimitsu Ashida) today announced MOL Logistics (Consolidation) Limited was selected as logistics consolidator for Wilson Sporting Goods, Inc., a major U.S. sporting goods and equipment maker (Headquarters: Illinois), and Precor Fitness Company (Headquarters: Washington), and will start services on December 13, this year.

In 2003, MOL established MOL Logistics (Consolidation) in Hong Kong, as part of our strategy under our mid-term management plan MOL STEP-to position our logistics business for growth. The subsidiary will offer efficient transport services through its container freight stations (CFSs) at major ports in Asia.

Hong Kong: MOL Logistics (Consolidation) Co., Ltd, a Hong Kong based consolidation service provider, announced today that they have been awarded a new contract with Wilson Sporting Goods, starting December 13th this year.

"We have worked closely with Wilson Sporting Goods to tailor our cargo management system ("Starlink") to their needs and have successfully added new functionality. We are part of the gigantic global network of MOL, yet flexible enough to render personalized services,"said Larry Wu, CEO of MOL Logistics (Consolidation).

MOL Logistic was chosen said John Wade,Director of Global Logistic of Wilson Sporting Goods, Inc. for it creative concepts for addressing the issues that face importer and exporters world wide due to vessel space, port congestion and rail capacity.

Mitsui O.S.K Lines of Tokyo, the parent company of MOL Logistics (Consolidation) has been strategically promoting its Ocean Consolidation Business ("OCB"). In a further development of its OCB, a link between the "Starlink" system and the warehousing management system is planned, which will help customers create a �gglass pipeline" in their supply chain.
