TOKYO - Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL, President: Akimitsu Ashida) today announced that the company has decided to change operational responsibility of executive officer and personnel allocation as follows. Both changes will take effect on October 1.
The company will reinforce its internal structure by allocating new executive officer who will focus exclusively on safe operation. This aims to strongly enhance marine safety operation on a comprehensive, company-wide basis following a series of serious marine accidents.
