MOL Announces Update of 'Climate Change Countermeasures' Page on Website
-Company Endorses 'GX League Basic Concept' Announced by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry-

MOL has updated the Climate Change Countermeasure page on its website in order to describe that it endorsed the "GX League Basic Concept" (Note) announced by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) in March of this year.

(Note) Basic Concept Green Transformation (GX)
The basic concept announced by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), calling on companies to actively work on GX; aiming for GX through cooperation in the government, academic, and economic spheres; and acting as a forum for discussing the transformation of the overall economic and social systems, and creating new markets accordingly.
