Outline of Services

Introducing foreign human resources to companies in Japan by utilizing our experience in crew training and recruitment.

MOL operates about 900 vessels, and approximately 97% of the crews working on these vessels are foreign nationals. Utilizing our experience in hiring, training, and managing foreign crew members, we have launched this business to help solve issues such as "shortage of human resources" and "promotion of diversity" that we have heard from many clients. We can mainly introduce human resources from the Philippines by taking advantage of our long-term partnership, but we can also introduce from Myanmar, Indonesia, Kenya and foreign students living in Japan, as well as foreign human resources already working in Japan (regardless of nationality). We have a wide range of achievements in introducing human resources for accommodation, construction, building cleaning and comprehensive office position(humanities / science).
In addition, MOL CAREER, Inc., a group company specializing in foreign human resources services, joined the MOL Group in 2025, further strengthening and expanding our service offerings. Beyond recruitment services, MOL CAREER provides comprehensive support as a Registered Support Organization for Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) programs, delivers training and development programs, offers web design and development services, and operates "Sunrise", a matching platform for companies engaged in foreign human resources recruitment. Guided by the philosophy of "Expanding Life Choices," MOL CAREER aims to serve as a bridge between diverse foreign human resources and Japanese companies, contributing to sustainable growth for both individuals and businesses.
