    Propeller Boss Cap Fins (PBCF) which is jointly developed by MOL received the Award for Logistics Environmental Impact-Reducing Technology Development in the 21st Logistics Environment Award, as selected by the Japan Association for Logistics and Transport.
  • LNG-fueled Ishin, Sunflower Kurenai and Sunflower Murasaki Earn Top Energy Conservation Rating for Japanese Coastal Ships (2020)
    Three MOL Group vessels-the LNG-fueled tugboat Ishin and the ferries Sunflower Kurenai and Sunflower Murasaki have earned the top rating of five stars from the Japanese Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's energy conservation rating system for coastal ships. The rating is based on LNG-fueled ships environmental performance, specifically a reduction of more than 20% in emissions of CO2 compared to vessels powered by conventional heavy oil.

    MOL has been selected to the list of "Nadeshiko Brands" for the four consecutive years under a joint initiative by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TES) to promote women's success in the workplace.
  • MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index (WIN)
    MOL has been selected for the "MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index (WIN)" in FY 2024, which is a selection of companies with excellent gender diversity by MSCI.(*1)
  • Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization 2024
    MOL has been designated as the 2023 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category) for six consecutive years, and it has been recognized as 'White 500', one of the top 500 enterprises in the program by Nippon Kenko Kaigi, for two consecutive years.
  • Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index
    The index, created by Morningstar using Equileap's gender equality score, emphasizes the stocks of companies that have strong gender diversity policies embedded in their corporate culture and that ensure equal opportunities to employees, irrespective of their gender. Our company was selected as the highest rated "Group 1" companies.

    MOL was selected as a "Noteworthy DX Company" in the "Digital Transformation (DX) Stocks 2024" selection program administered jointly by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE), and the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA)."Noteworthy DX Company" is a selection of companies implementing noteworthy initiatives, particularly in the area of corporate value contribution.
