Notice of Annual Update to Our Website's Sustainability Page

Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President & CEO: Takeshi Hashimoto, Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo) has completed the annual update of the "Sustainability" page on its corporate website and released both quantitative and qualitative information for fiscal year 2024.

The key points of this update are as follows:

• Updates to each page with fiscal year 2024 performance data and qualitative information (including new initiatives and progress status)
• Updates to the fiscal year 2024 performance data for sustainability (environment, society, governance) and the third-party assurance statement

The MOL Group will continue to disclose sustainability-related information on an ongoing and regular basis, striving to enhance the quality and transparency of its disclosures.
