TOKYO-Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President & CEO: Takeshi Hashimoto) today announced that it has been selected for four consecutive years since 2023 for the company's selection as a 'Yearbook Member' of 'The Sustainability Yearbook 2026' (Note 1) issued by U.S.-based S&P Global, Inc., the world's leading research and evaluation firm in the field of corporate sustainability (Note 2).

S&P Global evaluates the sustainability efforts of major companies worldwide across economic & governance, environmental, and social dimensions. Each year, the company selects as "Yearbook Members" those firms that rank within the top 15% of their industry and whose scores are within 30% of the industry's top-performing company. These selected companies are then featured in The Sustainability Yearbook. This year, out of more than 9,200 companies assessed, 848 were chosen as "Yearbook Members."
MOL Group has identifies Sustainability Issues (materiality) to prioritize through its businesses, and is pursuing initiatives in all areas of environment, social, and governance (ESG) based on the "MOL Sustainability Plan."
