Notice of Annual Update to Our Website's Sustainability Page

Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President & CEO: Jotaro Tamura, Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo) has updated the "Sustainability" page on its corporate website with the latest information for fiscal year 2025.

The key points of this update are as follows:

  • Update of fiscal year 2025 results for the MOL Sustainability Plan (Note)
  • Updates to the fiscal year 2025 performance data for sustainability (environment, society, governance) and the third-party assurance statement
  • Update of qualitative and quantitative information across other sustainability pages based on FY2025 results, including new initiatives and progress updates

The MOL Group will continue to disclose sustainability-related information on an ongoing and regular basis, striving to enhance the quality and transparency of its disclosures.

(Note) The MOL Sustainability Plan (MSP) is a framework for managing and monitoring targets, KPIs and actions related to the five material issues identified by MOL in 2019. From fiscal year 2026 onward, progress will be managed and disclosed under the Vision established for each new materiality theme, replacing the MSP framework.
