MOL Group Conducted Employee Donation Campaign and Matching Donations for Mindanao Earthquake Relief in the Philippines

Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President & CEO: Jotaro Tamura, Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo) conducted a fundraising campaign among officers and employees of the MOL Group to support those affected by the earthquake off the coast of Mindanao in the southern Philippines, raising JPY 276,873.

MOL will make a matching donation in the same amount as the contributions received from its officers and employees, bringing the total amount donated to the Philippine Red Cross to JPY 553,746. This donation will be made as additional support following MOL's earlier contribution of USD 50,000 (Note), and is expected to be used for relief and recovery activities in the affected areas.

The MOL Group sincerely hopes for the earliest possible recovery of the affected areas and the rebuilding of the lives of those impacted by the disaster.
