MOL to Support 'World Refugee Day' Event

TOKYO-Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President & CEO: Takeshi Hashimoto) today announces that it will support "UNHCR WILL2LIVE Music 2022" (Note 1), an online event to be held by Japan for UNHCR (Note 2) in relation to the United Nations' World Refugee Day observed every year on June 20. A reported 100 million-plus people worldwide have been forced from their homelands, and this event will encourage executives and employees of the MOL Group to think about the problem and actions that can be taken in the future to address this global human tragedy.

Japan for UNHCR will hold an online event "UNHCR WILL2LIVE Music 2022" to mark World Refugee Day on June 19, 2022.
Since 2019, it has been conducting public relations and fundraising activities focusing on "World Refugee Day" under the theme of WILL2LIVE "refugees' will to live or survive."
