Awards and recognition went to seafarers with 15 years of service aboard MOL-operated vessels, and a total of 87 award recipients and their families attended. Executive Vice President Toshinobu Shinoda expressed his thanks to the award recipients for their daily contributions to the safe operation. He noted his congratulations to the award recipient and expressed that the growth and social contribution of MOL group relies on the dedication and leadership of seafarers, and he hopes they will continue to walk this path together with our group. The award recipient stated that this recognition reflects not only individual effort but also MOL's values and teamwork and committed to overcoming challenges with colleagues and contributing to the company's further development.

Family Day is an annual event to express gratitude to the seafarers' families who support them on a daily basis. MMM holds the event in various locations in the Philippines; the largest one in 2025 was held in Manila, with 2,911 seafarers and their families. Executive Vice President Shinoda expressed his sincere gratitude to the seafarers, recognizing them as the pillars supporting the company's development, to their families whose warm support and understanding make the company's growth possible, and extended his appreciation to Magsaysay, a long-standing partner. One of the participating family members commented that participating in the family gathering has become a meaningful tradition for them and an event where they truly feel part of the MOL Family.

The MOL Group positions diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) as a "new engine for growth" and is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all seafarers can work with peace of mind. As part of this initiative, the group has set a target to raise the proportion of women cadet candidates to 35% by 2035, actively promoting women's participation in the maritime sector(Note 2). Furthermore, it has launched the "OceanCare" well-being support program for seafarers, offering mental health services and specialized assistance for women seafarers. The group will continue to vigorously advance DE&I and strive to build an organization where all seafarers can truly thrive.

The MOL Group regularly holds these events in the Philippines and in other countries that are home to seafarers to show its gratitude for the significant contributions of seafarers who work far away from their families, and their families as well. The goal is to achieve successful coexistence among everyone in the MOL Group and the sustainable growth and development of communities, as the group strives to foster a culture of safety while recruiting and developing highly skilled seafarers.
