Tokyo-Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President & CEO: Takeshi Hashimoto) today announced that Rajesh Madhavan Unni, Chairman of Synergy Marine Group, has been newly appointed to MOL's Advisory Board ^(Note), which was established to gather insights from external experts on high-priority areas, particularly in the context of management strategy development and risk management.

Unni brings extensive experience and deep expertise in the global shipping industry, with a strong track record in ship management, digital technology adoption, and sustainability initiatives. With Unni's appointment, MOL will benefit from strategic guidance informed by a global perspective, helping accelerate its efforts to shape the next generation of the shipping industry.
