Corporate Culture Assessment

Objective

The MOL Group has conducted "corporate culture assessments" since 2014.
These assessments not only help us grasp the current situation in our diverse organization, but also identifies risks related to business ethics such as compliance awareness and gauges teamwork, business strategies, employee job satisfaction, and so on.
The assessment results are fed back to employees after we quantitatively visualized the current situation in the organization, division by division, position by position. Then, we provide opportunities for all members of a division to discuss the background of the assessment's numeric results and build an awareness of the issues. This also helps division GMs identify and address issues in the organizations they manage.

Such opportunities will lead to reforms in MOL's corporate culture, workstyles, and organizational structure, with the aim of fostering new ties among individuals and help divisions work more closely together to realize a better workplace and innovative, effective workstyles.
