During the vessel tour, visitors will have the rare opportunity to see areas normally closed to the public, including the bridge-the ship's control center-and observe the vehicle loading process. Guests will discover how the cars they drive are transported across the ocean and learn about the crewmembers who work onboard and the roles they perform.
At the event venue inside the Tokyo International Cruise Terminal, MOL will also offer hands on activities such as ship handling practice using navigational simulators, as well as "talk show" sessions where seafarers introduce their work at sea. MOL is also planning to host workshops and exhibits designed to spark interest in ships and the ocean, including a research presentation corner by young MOL Ambassadors (Note 2).
Advance registration is required to participate in the ship tour. If the number of applications exceeds the available capacity, participants will be selected by lottery.
