TOKYO - Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (the Company; President: Akimitsu Ashida) today announced a forecast of its dividend payment for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2010 as follows:

The Company expects an improved business environment from the third quarter and a profit over the full year. Based on that, the Company projects a year-end dividend of 3 yen per share for FY2009.
