Innovation for development in marine technology

Anticipating the Needs of the Times along with Stakeholders Driving Vibrant Innovations in Logistics

Led by the "Technology Innovation Unit," which was established in 2018, the MOL Group has moved ahead on technological development with group companies as well as outside partners. In line with the strategies of "providing 'stress-free services' which MOL will offer from the customer's perspective" and "developing our environment and emission-free business into core businesses" as stated in our management plan, we work to identify and address issues facing society and stakeholders including customers, while making full use of the MOL Group's accumulated marine technical skills and sales capabilities and promoting the application of alternative energy resources and information and communications technology (ICT).

The group aims to spur innovations in logistics with approaches that take into consideration not only technological developments, but also enhancements in service quality.
